SHIPPING POLICY
All UK orders will be dispatched within 48 hours and shipped via Royal Mail second class delivery service.
Items usually take between 2-3 working days to be delivered.

However during peak seasons during Bank holidays and the Christmas period, in some cases, parcels may take up to 5 working days.
Sometimes Royal Mail take longer to deliver than expected due to postal strikes.

If you do need your products delivered by a specific date, then please do drop us a message on social media, or email, and we will endeavour to fulfil your postage requirements if we are in a position to do so (i.e. first class).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the unfortunate event that your items arrive damaged or defective, we ask that you email us on customer-service@dissolvaballs-uk.com before returning any goods, so that we can assess the situation and can process your return accordingly.
When e-mailing, please subject 'RETURNS ' followed by the order reference number (found on your order receipt/invoice) as the subject title of the email. Your email must contain your order reference number for us to be able to locate your order in a timely manner and process your query promptly.

In the email please provide pictures of the damaged/faulty goods, along with a short description specifying the problem. We aim to respond within 24 hours, but during peak seasons this could take up to 48 hours.
